Simply amazing. I wanted a Baltimore Ravens chocolate cake and Mike made it happen. The customer service was exceptional. He explained to me how different flavors mesh well together and the differences of colors; specifically the gold that was used. He also sent me a tutorial video on how to cut it. Who does that? The cake itself, although was a 1 tier, was huge. I’m not sure how many people it fed but it was a lot. And I took half of it home. Also, the delivery driver constantly updated me with his eta which I appreciated because I was on my way home to meet him. And my beautiful cake arrived safe and sound.
